Returns & Refunds

Hey JuicyBae, we want you to feel great in your clothes, but if they don't make you feel like the star you are inside, we are always happy for you to return them. There are a few rules though! Please read below :)


  •   Returns.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a UK order and 30 days for an international order. Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. We do not accept "Sale" items. Please use a tracked postal service for your returns to ensure delivery.

If you've lost your returns slip, simply email us at and we will email it you ;)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless item is faulty. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.

  • Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

  • Faulty/Damaged items.

We check quality of all our garments before dispatch to you. If you have unfortunately received an item in poor condition/faulty, we truly apologize! Please email us within 2 days of receipt at: Instructions will be sent to you on how to proceed. After this period, we are unable to issue credit.

  • Sale Items.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
